We invest in innovative companies who show clear out-of-the-box thinking entrepreneurs. We provide growth capital to both early stage as well as later stage crossmedia companies. In addition to typical venture capital structured transactions, we also finance management-buy-outs and recapitalisations.
Important prerequisites for potential investee companies are strong growth potential, an excellent pro-active innovative and inspiring management team, a proven business model and recurrent revenues and customers.
Our Crossmedia Fund invests in companies headquartered in Western-Europe. Investments range from € 0,5 million to over
€ 20 million, but a typical investment is in the range of € 3 to € 8 million reflecting a substantial minority stake.
